Most orders ship Monday-Wednesday, depending on the destination. If your plant arrives damaged/broken, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at orders@propandgrow.com with photos of the plant and packaging and we will work on a replacement or refund.

When Ireceived my package the heat pack was still very warm. The Hoya was packaged immaculately and stunning. She definitely definitely needed a drink of water after I got her out. Thank you so much 💓

I think the heat packs inside the packed plants causes the roots rotting cause both my plants had severe root rots last time and this time one of my plants have root rots 😭😭 it’s okay to not add it for free. I appreciated the concern but it does come with plant damages.
Keeps my plants looking great til they get to me! I live in Northern IN and it is cold and snowy but they survived!
