Shipping Policy

At Prop & Grow, we take great care in packing and shipping your plants to ensure they arrive healthy and happy.

Shipping Schedule

We ship most live plant orders Monday through Wednesday, depending on your location. This schedule helps avoid delays or damage from weekend transit holds.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after purchase. During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for live plant orders.

Live Plant Handling

Because plants are living and sensitive to their environment, we take extra care in packaging to minimize transit stress. However, please unpack your plant immediately upon arrival and follow the included care instructions.
