At Prop & Grow, we take pride in carefully packing and shipping each plant to ensure it arrives safely and in great condition. However, due to the nature of live plants, we have a specific return and damage policy.
All Live Plant Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or exchanges on live plants. Please be sure to read all product descriptions and care instructions carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Broken Plants
If your plant arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Email us at orders@propandgrow.com and include the following:

Clear photos of the plant

Photos of the packaging

Your order number
We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation and inventory availability.
Shipping Schedule
Most live plant orders ship Monday through Wednesday, depending on your location, to reduce the risk of plants being held in transit over the weekend. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
