All live plant sales are final. Most orders ship Monday–Wednesday, depending on the destination. If your plant arrives damaged/broken, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at orders@propandgrow.com with photos of the plant and packaging, and we will work on a replacement or refund.

I opened the packaging which was stellar and the first plant was 25% black all the way around the leaves, open the second plant and 50% of the leaves were black, not only that one of the plants has a horrendous smell. Both pots are way over, filled with what I would assume is potting soil. There is a big mound of dirt in the middle of the pot? I’m not sure if I should repot them or what to really do with them, but I can’t give these plants a five star.
I will say thank you for the black plastic pots and the hangers that came with the pots but no tray for underneath the pots so I will have to find trays so the pots don’t drip all over my house.
