Things You Should Know About Shipping Plants

All orders ship from Tampa, Florida.
During the winter months, we automatically add a 110-hour heat pack to your cart with every order to help protect your plants from cold temperatures.
If your estimated delivery time exceeds 110 hours, we strongly recommend selecting a faster shipping option to ensure the plants remain protected for the entire transit time.
If you remove the heat pack from your order, Prop & Grow is not responsible for the condition of the plants upon arrival.
It is highly recommended that you do not remove the heat pack unless you live in Central or South Florida. Even then, please check local weather conditions to make sure temperatures are safe for shipping live plants.
Cold-related damage caused by removing the heat pack or choosing a slower shipping method is not covered under our refund or replacement policy.
