Blackberry bush

Once this prolific fruit plant is ripe, get ready for an abundant harvest of juicy, sweet berries! Blackberries are notable for their high nutritional contents of dietary fiber, vitamin C, and vitamin K.

The soil should be a well-draining, sandy loam with a pH of 5.5-6.5. If you lack an area with sufficient drainage, plan on growing blackberry bushes in a raised bed. Water regularly, providing an inch of water per week depending upon weather conditions.
